The first-ever screening of Maybe We Should is happening as part of the Arts, Culture, and Creative Economy Unit's programming at the Annual Government & Disability Summit's Arts Event and Networking Mixer on Wednesday, September 2nd, from 6–9pm at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ventura.
Maybe We Should is the true story of a family from Pennsylvania whose daughter, Brooke, was diagnosed with a rare disease affecting her cognitive and motor development. Determined to give her — and children like her — a place to truly thrive, they built Leg Up Farm, a groundbreaking therapy center. It's a story of love, perseverance, and redefining special healthcare, one step at a time. The film stars Heather Graham and Kevin Nealon.
