Yuliya Greben

I am a Ukrainian-born artist based in Southern California. At the heart of my work is the female figure — not portrayed in the literal sense, but as a timeless symbol of intuition, transformation, and inner strength. Through each painting, I explore the Innerverse — an inner realm where spirit, memory, and myth converge — using the feminine form as a vessel for storytelling and reflection.

Working in the styles of Imaginative Realism and Cosmic Figurative painting, I use oil paint to express the unseen: emotional depth, archetypal energy, and the quiet, luminous presence of the soul. The figures in my work often emerge from dreamlike, celestial environments, blurring the line between the physical and the spiritual.

I studied at the Milan Art Institute, where I completed the Art Mastery Program, and hold a Master’s Degree in Nurse Education. This background allows me to approach my creative process with empathy and sensitivity, infusing my work with emotional resonance and a deep reverence for the human experience.
